CARE/ OF VITAMINS

*This is not a sponsored post this is just my personal opnion and experience with the brand*

I have been using Care/of Vitamins for a little over a month now and I have to say I am throughly impressed. I have never been good with taking vitamins but the conveniency of this brand makes it hard not to be consistent them. They are individually packed for you so even if you are in a rush in the morning you can throw them in your bag and take them later.

Care/of Vitamins are catered specifically for you. You take a quiz and it figures out where you are lacking so that the vitamins can help. You can take the personalized quiz and read about the company here. Once you take the quiz it will give you the suggested vitamins you should be taking. The price of the box varies on how many vitamins you need. They are priced per month - so the vitamins range from $5 monthly per pack to $18 monthly per pack (expect for the prenatal vitmains that are $25 monthly per pack).

To put in perspective I pay $57 a month for 8 vitamins. I take Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Rhodiola, Probiotic Blend, B-Complex, Astaxanthin, and Ashwagandha. My vitamins focus on energy, immunity, brain function, skin, digestion, joints, and stress levels.

Since taking these vitamins I have seen an increase in my energy levels, consistency with digestion, and overall increase in my immune system. I went from barely remembering to take my vitamins to taking them everyday since using Care/Of (expect the days at the hospital). It has become a part of my morning routine, so I feel off if I don't have my vitamins. It keeps me accountable for making sure I am keeping up with what my body needs. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. I have talked about it so much that some of my family members have joined the Care/Of family as well.

If you are interested in Care/Of Vitamins you can use my code "BBBYNC" for $40 off your first box (excluding shipping).
